LSF Opens Internship Program for University Students
Jakarta – In support of improving student competencies and strengthening cooperation between the Film Censorship Institution of Indonesia (Lembaga Sensor Film Republik Indonesia ) and higher education institutions, LSF is offering internship opportunities for 48 students per year, divided into four cohorts (12 interns per cohort).
The internship program prioritizes universities that have established cooperation or signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LSF, under the following provisions:
I. Eligibility Requirements
a) Active students enrolled in Applied Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s degree programs;
b) Have completed at least the 5th semester, or as stipulated by their university;
c) Willing to comply with all rules and regulations applicable at LSF; and
d) Open to the following fields of study:
Humanities
Arts: Film, Film and Television, Film Music, Film and Television Production (1 position)
Philosophy: Philosophy (1 position)
Social Sciences
Anthropology: Cultural Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Public Policy Studies (1 position)
International Relations / Social Development / Sociology / Political Science
Psychology: Psychology (1 position)
Formal Sciences
Computer Science / Information Technology: Computer Science or Informatics, Information Systems, Information and Technology Systems, Information Technology, Information System Security, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Cybersecurity Engineering, Multimedia Engineering Technology, Multimedia Graphic Engineering Technology (1 position)

III. Application Procedure
a) Applicants must prepare the following documents:
Official recommendation letter from the university;
Interim academic transcript;
Curriculum Vitae;
Recent passport photo (red background);
Portfolio.
b) Applicants must complete the internship application form via Google Form at: s.id/rekrutmenMagangLSF2026
c) Document submission periods:
Batch I: 15–30 September 2025
Batch II: 15–31 December 2025
Batch III: 15–30 March 2026
Batch IV: 15–30 June 2026
d) Announcement of selected interns:
Batch I: 31 October 2025
Batch II: 31 January 2026
Batch III: 30 April 2026
Batch IV: 31 July 2026
e) LSF will conduct a selection process consisting of administrative screening and interviews. The list of accepted interns will be announced through the respective universities; and
f) Selected applicants will receive an official Internship Acceptance Letter from LSF.
IV. Internship Development at LSF
a) During the internship, students will receive:
Mentorship from LSF Commissioners
and Censorship Officers;
Practical work experience in Institutional Studies, Institutional Communication, and Institutional Management.
b) Upon completion, students will receive:
An internship completion letter; and
An internship certificate.
