Sadali
Sadali (Ajil Dito) is a quiet, honest, and reserved art student. His thoughts are filled with reflections on life, love, and solitude. He is often caught in memories and unresolved emotions, particularly those connected to a woman named Mera (Adinia Wirasti), who holds deep significance in his life. Mera becomes both a source of light and a cause of pain for Sadali. Their relationship grows into a warm connection but gradually becomes marked by distance, doubt, and the reality that not all love can be fully possessed. Some feelings remain only as silent memories before they must be let go.
The character of Sadali is drawn from the distinctive narrative style of Pidi Baiq, characterized by introspective monologues, subtle humor, and reflective expressions about love and loss. The film seeks to translate a sense of solitude and inner thoughts into a visual form. The Indonesian Film Censorship Board (LSF) has classified the film for audiences aged 13 and above.(fas)
