Kita Butuh Bahagia Walau Sesaat
Mira (Saskia Chadwick), Acuy (Fajar “Sadboy”), Maman (Daffa Ariq), and Abul (Mang Osa) are four close friends who have never truly experienced happiness in their lives. Determined to change their fate, they devise a plan to make quick money and take a vacation—just to feel joy, even if only once. For a brief moment, their dream seems to come true, but their newfound happiness soon turns into a mystery filled with strange and supernatural events. Together, they must embark on an unexpected adventure to uncover the truth behind it all.
The film marks the directorial debut of actor, television personality, and politician Derry Drajat. Unlike conventional horror films filled with terrifying spirits, We Deserve to Be Happy, Even Just for a Moment presents a lighter take—featuring beautiful and charming ghosts rather than horrifying ones. The Indonesian Film Censorship Institution (LSF) has rated this film suitable for audiences aged 13 and above. (fen)
