Wasiat Warisan
After the passing of Pak Gomgom (Hamka Siregar) and Mak Dame, their three children Tarida Br Sidabutar (Sarah Sechan), Ramona Br Sidabutar (Astrid Tiar), and their youngest sibling Togar Sidabutar (Derby Romero) inherit a family hotel. However, the hotel quickly falls into neglect as Tarida and Ramona struggle to run it, while Togar is busy pursuing his career in Jakarta. Seeing the hotel’s worsening state, Tarida urges Togar to return to their hometown in Toba. His homecoming reunites him with Maria Anggia Br Lumban Gaol, his high school sweetheart.
Wasiat Warisan is the second Batak-themed film produced by PIM Pictures. In addition to featuring well-known actors, the film also includes two Indonesian Idol alumni Femila Sinukaban and Jemimah—whose performances stand strong alongside the rest of the cast. This family comedy, enriched with Batak cultural nuances, blends humor and emotional warmth.
The Film Censorship Institution of the Republic of Indonesia (LSF) has rated this film suitable for audiences aged 13 and above. (ibn)
