Ming (Thaneth Warakulnukroh) and Saeng (Iang Sawanee Utoomma) are siblings who still harbor deep resentment after Saeng’s daughter was sacrificed as an offering to an evil spirit known as Thaen Roh (Agung Surgawi). Forty years later, a Catholic priest named Paolo (Jirayu Tangsrisuk), a young shaman named Sopha (Phiravich Attachitsataporn), and the seasoned local spiritualist Puek (Ong-art Jeamcharoenpornkul), must now protect a young girl, Malee (Nichapat Chatchaipholrat), from falling victim to the same dark force. The malevolent entity, passed down through the bloodline by Ming’s father, begins to possess Malee threatening not only her life but also those around her. Together, this unlikely trio must navigate a spiritual battleground where faith, folklore, and fury collide.

Tha Rae: The Exorcist blends spiritual horror with cultural mysticism and religious symbolism, uniting local Thai beliefs with Catholic exorcism traditions. This genre-blending film delivers a unique take on supernatural terror, wrapped in Southeast Asian mythology and faith. LSF classified this film as suitable for audiences aged 17 and above.
