Content producer Han Soo-in (Kim Hye-yoon) becomes trapped in supernatural terror while filming a reshoot at the isolated Salmokji Reservoir. Together with her production team members—Gi-tae (Lee Jong-won), Gyo-sik (Kim Jun-han), Gyeong-tae (Kim Yung-sung), and Se-jeong (Jang Da-ah)—they must confront mysterious entities appearing in camera recordings, along with psychological disturbances caused by the whispers of the reservoir waters. The situation turns into a fight for survival when they realize the reservoir is a cursed labyrinth that will not allow anyone to leave alive.

Salmokji: The Whispering Water achieved major success in South Korea and even sparked a “horror tourism” trend at the original filming location.
