As the sole survivor of the deadly initiation game of the Le Domas family, Grace (Samara Weaving) collapses and is hospitalized. After years of separation, her younger sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) visits her. Although their relationship has been strained, the situation changes when they become trapped and are forced to participate in another deadly game organized by wealthy families from around the world.
