Tommy (Andri Mashadi) is willing to take out a mortgage to buy his dream home, where he plans to live with his wife, Melisa (Titi Kamal), and their two children, Tania (Anantya Kirana) and Elvin (Shakeel Fauzi Aisy). However, Tania senses that their new home is haunted, as a series of strange incidents begin to occur after they move in. These range from the disappearance of a nearby neighbor to the mysterious deaths of several people.

The film is a remake of the hit Thai horror film Ladda Land (Sophon Sakdaphisit, 2011). The screenplay for this remake was written by Sopana Chaowwiwatkul, who also wrote the original film.
