After witnessing a tragic highway accident, a couple, Tyler (Melissa Leo) and Maddie (Lou Llobell), who are enjoying a van life adventure, begin experiencing terrifying events. Although they believe they have left the accident scene behind, a series of strange disturbances starts to haunt them. It seems as though a supernatural presence has entered their van. The mysterious entity known as The Passenger brings a deadly curse that follows them wherever they go. Tyler and Maddie struggle to uncover the secret behind the figure before the terror claims both of their lives.
