Alice Cherskassky (Olga Kurylenko) reluctantly returns to her childhood home after receiving news of her mother’s (Jacqueline Ghaye) mysterious death. Although hesitant at first, she is compelled to go back in order to help the police identify the body. She says goodbye to her partner, Charlie (Philip Schurer), unaware of the horrors that await her. As she settles into the eerily familiar home and awaits the results of the investigation, Alice begins to experience a series of disturbing supernatural events. These terrifying encounters force her to confront not only the secrets buried in her family’s past but also a reality more twisted than she ever imagined.
Directed by David Moreau, known for his work on horror films such as Them (2006), The Eye (2008), Seuls (2017), and the romantic dramedy It Boy (2013), Other continues his exploration of psychological tension and atmospheric dread.
