Reuben (Reza Rahadian), the sole heir to the WTV broadcasting company, is known as a playboy. He often clashes with his father, Gunadi (Bucek Depp), over his lifestyle and business decisions. After his father dies, Reuben learns from his will that he must marry the most beautiful woman in the world if he wants to inherit his family’s fortune. To fulfill the condition, he creates a controversial matchmaking reality show. Behind the scenes, he works with Kiara (Sheila Dara Aisha), a firm and principled producer. Throughout their challenging journey, they are forced to see love and life from different perspectives, ultimately bringing about a major transformation in Reuben’s life.

Director Robert Ronny previously received two Citra Award nominations: Best Original Screenplay at the 2015 Indonesian Film Festival (FFI) for Kapan Kawin? (2015), and Best Film at the 2017 FFI as producer of Kartini (Hanung Bramantyo, 2017). The Most Beautiful Girl in the World reunites Reza Rahadian and Sheila Dara Aisha, who previously appeared together in the series Yang Hilang dalam Cinta (Yandy Laurens, 2022).
