The Mongoose
Ryan “Fang” Flanagan (Liam Neeson), a former elite soldier, suddenly finds himself being hunted after being accused of murdering Todd (Brett Tucker), the fiancé of his ex-wife, Tara (Marisa Tomei). Fang faces a difficult situation as he chooses to flee and attempts to uncover the truth on his own terms. His escape turns into a police manhunt across state lines, eventually forcing him into a corner in Texas. The pursuit is widely broadcast, attracting significant public attention. However, Fang receives support from his former comrades in the military's elite forces. Their involvement makes the authorities' attempts to capture him increasingly complicated and difficult to control.
The Mongoose marks Mark Vanselow's directorial debut. The film, scheduled for theatrical release on 30 October 2026, has been classified by the Indonesian Film Censorship Institution (LSF) for audiences aged 13 and above. (nmn)
