Hathaway Noa (Kensho Ono) is the leader of the Mafty organization, which fights against the corrupt elites of the Earth Federation. During an undercover mission, he meets a mysterious woman, Gigi Andalucia (Reina Ueda), whose presence significantly influences his fate. His journey becomes more complex when he encounters Kenneth Sleg (Jun’ichi Suwabe), an officer of the Earth Federation.

Set within a core timeline that forms the foundation of many Gundam series, this film is the first installment of a Gundam trilogy.
