Aryan (Zidan El Hafiz) is shocked to learn of the death of his stepsister, Wuri (Dyva Syahputri). Accompanied by his girlfriend, Nara (Dita Zulaika), and his friends Baron (Gelby Pratama) and Alin (Dhea Gustiva), he travels to his hometown to pay his respects. Upon their arrival, however, they are terrorized by a mysterious shrouded figure resembling Wuri. The villagers believe the apparition is a Mencadin—a restless spirit marked by a foul odor and a disfigured face, condemned to wander because of unresolved matters from its past life.
