Janur Ireng: Sewu Dino (The Prequel)
Sabdo (Marthino Lio) and Intan (Nyimas Ratu Rafa) are siblings living a modest life. After fire destroyed their parents’ only house, they are taken in by a wealthy merchant, Arjo Kuncoro (Tora Sudiro), and his wife Lasmini (Masayu Anastasia). What initially seems like a blessing soon turns unsettling, as strange and suspicious events begin to surround them.
Adapted from the popular horror novel Janur Ireng by Simplemanalso known for Sewu Dino the film explores mystical terror rooted in local folklore. Scheduled for theatrical release on 24 December 2025, Janur Ireng: Sewu Dino (The Prequel) contains intense horror elements and mystical themes.
