JAILER 2
The peaceful life of Muthuvel Pandian, also known as “Tiger” (Rajinikanth), is disrupted by the emergence of a new criminal organization. The criminal network targets his family and friends, forcing Muthuvel to return to his darker side to protect those he loves. He must abandon the ordinary life he has built and once again resort to the harsh and ruthless methods he used in the past.
Presented in IMAX format, this sequel has a longer running time than its predecessor, Jailer (Nelson Dilipkumar, 2023). Jailer 2 also brings together three recipients of the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, India's highest honor in cinema—Rajinikanth, Mithun Chakraborty, and Mohanlal—in a single film production. Featuring intense violence, bloody scenes, and high-risk action sequences, Jailer 2 has been classified by the Indonesian Film Censorship Institution (LSF) for audiences aged 21 and above. Be discerning in selecting content suitable for your age. (ian)
