A mysterious donor grants organ transplants to five people Park Wan Seo (Lee Jae In), Park Ji Sung (Ahn Jae Hong), Kim Seo Nyeo (Ra Mi Ran), Hu Hell Han (Kim Hee Won), and Hwang Ki Dong (Yoo Ah In). After the operations, they suddenly discover they have superpowers. Park Wan Seo possesses strength and speed, Park Ji Sung controls air, Kim Seo Nyeo transfers energy, Hu Hell Han heals, and Hwang Ki Dong manipulates electricity and technology. But their powers draw the attention of cult leader Seo Young Chun (Shin Goo), whose ability to absorb life force makes him young again (played by Park Jin Young). Determined to claim their abilities, he becomes their ultimate threat.

Released in South Korea on May 30, 2025, Hi Five quickly dethroned Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning. According to the Korean Film Council, the movie which blends comedy with high-paced action and fantasy drew 383,334 viewers nationwide in just its first three days.
