In The Grey
Manny Salazar (Carlos Bardem), a financial criminal, is pursued by a skilled lawyer, Rachel Wild (Eiza González), who is hired to recover billions of dollars he has stolen. In carrying out her mission, Rachel assembles a team led by Sid (Henry Cavill) and Bronco (Jake Gyllenhaal), both former special forces members. As they plan their operation, the team must also protect Rachel from assassination attempts carried out by Salazar’s group. What begins as a rescue effort soon escalates into an unavoidable and intense confrontation.
In the Grey, the latest film by director Guy Ritchie, blends action with light comedy, a signature style seen throughout his body of work. His films include Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998), Revolver (2005), The Gentlemen (2019), Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre (2023), The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare (2024), and the upcoming Wife & Dog (2026). Starring Henry Cavill, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Rosamund Pike, the film has been classified by the Indonesian Film Censorship Board (LSF) for audiences aged 13 and above. (rio)
