GODZILLA : MINUS ZERO
Kôichi Shikisima (Ryûnosuke Kamiki) and Noriko Ôishi (Minami Hamabe) are living peaceful lives alongside other residents as they struggle to recover from the devastation of World War II and Godzilla's attack on Tokyo in 1947. After two years of peace, the Japanese armed forces detect a new catastrophic threat that significantly affects the Earth's weather and gravity. Kôichi and Noriko feel compelled to rejoin the kaiju extermination team led by Dr. Ogata (Jun Kunimura), even though doing so means sacrificing their dream of living peacefully as a happy family.
Godzilla: Minus Zero (Gojira Mainasu Zero) is the sequel to Godzilla: Minus One (Takashi Yamazaki, 2023) and the 39th film in the Godzilla franchise. Production studio Toho claims that it is the first Japanese film specifically designed for IMAX. The Indonesian Film Censorship Institution (LSF) has classified Godzilla: Minus Zero for audiences aged 13 and above. (nkn)
