Firefighters
Choi Cheol-woong (Joo Won), a new member of the fire department, joins the rescue unit at the Western Fire Station. He is assigned to work alongside Jeong Jin-seop (Kwak Do-won), a veteran firefighter renowned for saving numerous lives. During a dangerous mission, despite being ordered to retreat, Jin-seop continues his attempt to rescue a young girl, even though the operation results in the loss of his close friend, Sin Yong-tae (Kim Min-jae). Haunted by guilt, Cheol-woong blames Jin-seop for the tragedy. Tensions between them escalate until an emergency 119 call reports a massive fire in Hongje-dong, forever changing their fate.
