Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt), a former F1 racer in the 1990s, was asked by Ruben (Javier Bardem) to return to the racing arena with the Apex Grand Prix Team (APXGP). In this team, he has to work with young racer Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris), who doubts Hayes' abilities. As a result, teamwork to win the competition is difficult because of each other's egos. So Hayes and the team had to fight harder Unlike the normal film-making process which involves building your own settings and locations, this F1 film, made by director Joseph Konskinsi, was shot directly at the ongoing Grand Prix arena.
