On her 25th birthday, Soo-ah (Im Dohwa) and her boyfriend Hyun-woo (Song Seung-hyun) take a trip that ends in tragedy. Following a heated argument, Soo-ah dies in a car accident, leaving her spirit restless and vengeful. Her ghost begins to haunt Hyun-woo, driven by rage over his betrayal and secret affair.
