Momo Ayase (Shion Wakayama), who believes in spirits, clashes with Okarun (Natsuki Hanae), who believes in aliens. To prove their respective beliefs, they visit the home of their friend Jiji (Kaito Ishikawa). Jiji’s house turns out to be an altar house deliberately rented out by the Kito family to lure sacrificial victims. The tradition of offering sacrifices to Kuragari, a deadly Mongolian worm, is intended to protect the area from a volcanic eruption. Assisted by Momo’s white cat, Turbo Granny (Mayumi Tanaka), the three must work together to save themselves and fight Kuragari.

Adapted from the mature manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, the film is a sequel to Dan Da Dan: First Encounter (Fuga Yamashiro, 2024). Dan Da Dan: Evil Eye (2025) also involves renowned animation director Abel Góngora. Containing violence, scenes of suicide, and strong language, the film has been classified by the Indonesian Film Censorship Institution (LSF) for audiences aged 17 and above.
