A Complete Unknown, which chronicles the life and musical career of Bob Dylan, was named one of the ten best films of 2024 by the American Film Institute and the National Board of Review. The film also received several major award nominations. At the 97th Academy Awards, it earned eight nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress. At the 82nd Golden Globe Awards, the film was nominated for Best Motion Picture – Drama.
