Aurora: What Happened To The Earth?
This concert film captures the live performance of Norwegian singer Aurora during her What Happened to the Earth? tour, created to support her fifth studio album of the same title. The tour began on 26 June 2024 in Dublin and concluded in November 2025 in Mexico City. The recorded concert took place at Palacio de los Deportes, attended by approximately 18,000 spectators, and was held during the Día de los Muertos celebration, a tradition to honor and remember the deceased.
What Happened to the Earth? highlights the connection between nature and human life, a central theme in Aurora’s music. In addition to performances of well-known songs such as Runaway, The Seed, and Churchyard, the film also features behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with fans. Directed by Gonzalo Lopez, this 90-minute film has been remastered in 4K resolution to provide a more immersive concert experience. The Indonesian Film Censorship Board (LSF) has classified the film for audiences aged 13 and above. (ibn)
