

Angel Pol
Jati (Bhisma Mulia), a fine arts student in Yogyakarta, is forced to drop out after being deemed too idealistic, losing his scholarship in the process. His life takes an unexpected turn when he meets Lastri (Michelle Ziudith), a young woman looking for work whom he helps during an unpleasant incident. In their struggles, the two decide to form a dangdut koplo orchestra, performing from one place to another. Over time, their group becomes popular, bringing new challenges and difficult choices. Jati and Lastri must face the question of whether to continue their journey together.
In this film, Michelle Ziudith performs four songs as part of the soundtrack. Carrying elements of social critique and resilience, Angel Pol has been classified by the Indonesian Film Censorship Institution (LSF) as suitable for audiences aged 13 plus. (hes)
