Alin (Amanda Rawles), a medical student, is forced to return to her hometown after her scholarship faces termination. Once home, she uncovers the pains of her fractured family. Her father (Bucek Depp) is rarely around and neglects his responsibilities as a husband, leaving her mother (Sha Ine Febriyanti) to shoulder life’s burdens alone. Her sister (Eva Celia) and younger sibling (Nayla D. Purnama) have sacrificed their own dreams in an effort to keep the family intact. When Alin stumbles upon her mother’s diary, she is drawn into a past filled with unfulfilled aspirations, lingering regrets, and a quiet resilience that continues to fuel hope amidst life’s harsh realities.
