Kartika (Leony) lives under the shadow of her mother Ratna’s (Paramitha Rusady) hidden past, including the mystery surrounding Kartika’s father. In the midst of a happy period in her life, Kartika is forced to face a painful truth when the secret about her father is revealed, causing tension in her relationship with her partner. Overwhelmed by confusion and emotional wounds, Kartika decides to travel to Machida, Japan, in search of her father. During her ten-day journey, she meets various people who offer her new perspectives on family, loss, and acceptance. The journey becomes not only an effort to find her father, but also a process of understanding herself and reconciling with the past.
